Who are we?

Elena is an interdisciplinary researcher and founder of Versilient, a human-centered initiative dedicated to redefining how people thrive in work and life.
With a background in systems engineering and a deep interest in mental health, she spent a year volunteering in the field to better understand what it means to “be human” within complex systems. Her approach combines scientific insight with empathy, working closely with individuals to identify obstacles and personalize strategies for growth.
She is qualified to provide coaching, mentoring, and peer support, helping others grow and develop personally and professionally. She continues to deepen her knowledge in areas such as positive psychology, project planning and management, and mindfulness.
Versilient’s core service, the Co-Scheduling Program, was developed unexpectedly while she was tackling her own productivity challenges because conventional strategies weren’t effective. Drawing on her strength in connecting insights across disciplines, she refined the program into a structured yet adaptable approach that has since helped clients design effective and sustainable routines.

“Versilient’s methodology is very structured and systematic. It is a great way to gain insight into the challenges we face with how we manage our attention and build better habits to be more effective. In today’s fast-paced world of work where we often feel overworked and burnt out, learning how to manage our time and attention helps us be happier and more productive both at work and with our personal time. Their recommendations are also research-backed, yet personalized, with regular feedback and review. It is like personal tuition or coaching for increasing our attentional effectiveness.”
